In an effort to align with Mansfield ISD's Vision 2030, Erma Nash Elementary School offers a wide range of Clubs for students in Kinder-4th Grade to participate in, meeting either before, during, or after school.

Battle of the Books

The Battle of the Books Club....

Sponsor - Mrs. Ramirez
Grade Level - 3rd & 4th
Meets once a week after school.
BOB is a reading program for students and participation is by special invitation only. Students read a total of five books from the Bluebonnet Booklist, and the top five students will represent Nash at the district competition. The "Battle" is a full day tournament, in which students' teams earn points by answering questions about the books they've read. Several rounds are played with different elementary schools in our district. The team with the most points wins the tournament!

Fiesta Latina

Math Pentathlon Club

The Math Pentathlon Club is a time-tested program of interactive problem-solving games, supportive curricular and instructional activities, and assessment tools for students. This motivational program strengthens math concepts and skills, and aligns with National and State Mathematics Standards. For more information please contact Ms. Jones.

The mission of the University Interscholastic League is to motivate students in finding new and excitement in learning, to work with others in a competitive atmosphere, to achieve mastery of essential knowledge and skills, to test their skills and knowledge, to know the satisfaction of a successful performance, and to achieve recognition for academic excellence.
